This policy explains the information TempVoice Pro uses to run the bot, dashboard, payments, and support service.

Information we process

When you sign in with Discord, we process your Discord account ID, username, avatar, and the servers you are permitted to manage. If provided, we may process your Discord email for support confirmations. We also process server settings, subscription records, support messages, and files you voluntarily attach to support tickets.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop. TempVoice Pro stores payment status, order identifiers, plan, amount, currency, and subscription dates needed to activate and support your purchase. We do not receive or store your card number or CVV.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, show eligible servers, run the bot configuration, activate subscriptions, prevent fraud and duplicate payments, provide support, and keep security/audit records.

Sharing and storage

Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the service, including Discord and Whop, and with authorized support staff when you open a ticket. Support channels in Discord are restricted to support staff. Data is retained only as needed for service operation, support, security, and payment records.
